Executive Leader Joins North America’s Leading Hospitality Recruiting Firm with a Set Focus on Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Arkansas. 

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Patrice & Associates, the country’s leading hospitality industry recruiting firm, announced today the addition of Vann Wilhite as regional developer. Vann brings more than 20 years of claims and medical management, human resources, customer service and operations experience to Patrice & Associates.

“Vann’s experience in medical management, as well as his leadership experience, is one reason he will make the ideal regional developer for our brand,” said Patrice Rice, president and founder of Patrice & Associates. “With Vann on the team, Patrice & Associates will continue to vastly expand its existing franchise network.”

Brian Miller, chief operating officer and the force behind Patrice & Associates’ regional developer program, will work closely with Vann.

In his new role, Vann will support and enhance Patrice & Associates as he strategically awards the franchise opportunity to candidates throughout Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Arkansas.

In addition, Vann will run a franchised Patrice & Associates location, named R&V Hospitality Recruiters Inc., out of his Tuscaloosa office alongside his wife, Rachel.

“Patrice and Brian are second to none in the hospitality industry,” Vann said. “I look forward to working closely with them, while strategically impacting the communities within my territory.”

Prior to making an investment in Patrice & Associates, Vann assisted in establishing Wellness programs, as well coordinating and overseeing third-party administrators and beneficiary plans. As for Rachel, she has a background in nursing, as well as eight years of case management experience. 

Throughout his career, Vann focused on administering educational systems/programs, meeting customer needs by benchmarking, and managing provider, organizational and network development.
