All Points Launches Positive Impact Program
At All Points, we place a significant emphasis on social responsibility as it pertains to giving back to our local community. We recently launched the All Points: Positive Impact program, which comprises quarterly initiatives to engage with the Chicagoland community in a philanthropic way.
Met with unanimous office-wide enthusiasm, the All Points team spent a day working with Bernie’s Book Bank in Lake Forest, Illinois. Bernie’s Book Bank’s mission is to collect, process and distribute quality new and gently used children’s books to at-risk infants, toddlers and school-age children throughout Chicagoland. This resonated with our staff, considering many of us are avid readers whose lives have been positively impacted through book ownership in our childhoods.
“It felt great to spend the day giving back with my fellow team members,” said All Points Project Lead Jessica Tcholakov. “With kids of my own, I know how important reading is to children’s healthy development, and it was very fulfilling to be able to play a small part in providing that to local kids in need.”
As the year progresses, the All Points team looks forward to giving back through different initiatives. In May, we will be volunteering at a senior center. We’ll also be visiting community gardens, animal shelters and more. We take our sense of social responsibility seriously, and we’re already looking forward to our next Positive Impact event!
