Fireside Pies Pronto Makes Dallas Debut
Neighborhood Restaurant Introduces Quick-Service Model in Uptown Urban Market
DALLAS – Fireside Pies, the award winning Dallas-based brand known for its wood-fired oven pizzas, announced the opening of its new quick-service model, Fireside Pies Pronto. The grab-and-go location is housed within the new Uptown Urban Market at 2600 Cedar Springs Road.
As a part of one of the biggest trends for restaurants across the country, food halls are a shared space for local vendors and restaurants. A tradition started in Europe and made famous by Mario Batali with Eataly in New York City, food halls provide customers a unique culinary experience. Uptown Urban Market, the first of its kind in Dallas, allows customers the chance to order limited menu offerings and gourmet food from multiple vendors in a simple grab-and-go model. Fireside Pies Pronto will serve customers alongside other Dallas restaurant notables such as La Duni, Gilbert Garza (Suze Restaurant) and Top Chef Tiffany Derry (The Cupboard).
“This is an exciting day for Fireside Pies,” said Kurtis Schart, Director of Operations. “This new model provides a unique way for patrons to enjoy their favorite dishes in a convenient market setting. We are excited to serve our longtime Dallas fans alongside other great local food vendors.”
Fireside Pies is known for its collection of artisan pizzas baked in a rustic wood-fired oven, made-from-scratch appetizers and small plates, garden-fresh salads and heavenly desserts. This dedication to high quality and fresh ingredients is also apparent at Fireside Pies Pronto. With a focus on carryout orders, the Uptown Urban Market location offers a limited menu that consists of popular starters, pies, salads and desserts. Fans can order menu favorites such as the Molten Meatballs, Texas Bibb Salad, Triple ‘Roni and Vanilla Bean Cheesecake.
Fireside Pies Pronto is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. To place an order, call (214) 382-9700. Delivery service is available in the Uptown area through UberEATS.
