What makes me unique is that I’ve been in our team members’ shoes. I started my career at All Points on the PR side, worked directly with clients, managed accounts, and felt the same pressures and challenges our teams face every day. That experience allows me to advocate for our people in a very real way, because I understand what they need to do their jobs well.

In my current role, I’m able to bridge the gap between day-to-day client work and agency operations. I can look at systems, processes, and expectations through the lens of someone who’s actually lived them, which helps me support our team more thoughtfully and make decisions that are practical, empathetic, and rooted in real experience.

There’s a shared mindset across the team of always wanting to improve—improve how we work, how we support one another, and how we show up for our clients. Being part of building that culture and helping create an environment where both our people and our agency can continue to grow is something I’m really proud of.
