Executive Care Expands Home Care Franchise to Ocean County

Dynamic Entrepreneurial Duo to Open Second Home Care Concept Summer 2016

HACKENSACK, N.J. — Executive Care announced today that it has signed a franchise agreement to open an office in Ocean County. The new office located 52 Hyers Street suite C-2 in Toms River marks the company’s fifth New Jersey location. Opening in Summer 2016, the new office will serve residents throughout Ocean County and surrounding communities.

Serial entrepreneurs Senen Cabalfin and Jeff Wolf are gearing up to open their second Executive Care office. They currently own and operate the location in Freehold, New Jersey, and, will take an active role in this location as well. Cabalfin is a registered nurse and has been practicing for more than 30 years. Wolf has owned and operated multiple businesses and has a great understanding of business operations. Wolf and Cabalfin first joined forces in 2011 to develop group homes for the state of New Jersey. They have found great success when they combine their talents, knowledge and skillsets.

“When we joined the Executive Care family in 2014, we knew we made the right choice,” said Cabalfin. “Seeing the impact our team has on the lives of seniors and their families is incredibly rewarding. Jeff and I take great pride in providing our clients with high quality care and we couldn’t be more excited to introduce Ocean County to our services.”

Sensitive to the caregiving needs of those with illnesses and the local aging population, the Executive Care team launches with a clear understanding that individuals should receive care where they are most comfortable — in their home. Their investment in Executive Care means Ocean County will soon have a new level of skilled and non-medical care.

“It’s been less than two years since opening their first Executive Care office, and Senen and Jeff are all ready eager to hit the ground running with their second,” said Todd Leonard, vice president of operations and franchise development. “It is always a good sign when existing franchise partners chose to open an additional location. It’s a testament to the strength and stability of the business.”

The new Executive Care aims to bring up to 50 new jobs to the region in the next two years, and is looking to expand the home care agency’s reach further.

“Senen and Jeff have proved to be outstanding additions to the Executive Care family,” said Lenny Verkhoglaz, CEO and co-founder of the company. “They have experienced much success with their first location and are anxious to launch the new location in Ocean County. We know what they are capable of and expect them to hit the ground running.”

Executive Care offers a variety of caregiving and skilled nursing services to help families often overwhelmed with the responsibility of providing care to a loved one — all while ensuring the patient remains in the comfort of his or her own home. In a crowded sector, the company has built a reputation from the ground up.

To guarantee the highest quality, Executive Care requires all prospective caregivers undergo an intensive pre-employment screening process, including a criminal background investigation, verification of references and an employment history check. All caregivers are insured, experienced and undergo skills tests and continuing education training. Registered nurses closely supervise and monitor all staff, conducting periodic evaluation assessments.
