Positive Impact & PRo Community Project
Driven by a core company value to make a difference in the communities where we live and work, our agency brings this belief to life through our Positive Impact program. Our quarterly all-agency service projects are opportunities for our entire team to give back in meaningful ways. In addition, we initiate our annual PRo Community campaign, which provides pro-bono integrated public relations services to a deserving organization in need. Point Pals
Our mentorship program, Point Pals, offers a great way for newer employees to connect with, and get advice from, established team members. After an initial Welcome Program, Point Pals meet twice a month to catch up personally and professionally, share positive outcomes, and talk through any questions.

AP University
Our team stays engaged with aspiring professionals across various majors through networking partnerships with colleges across the nation. We often attend academic career fairs, guest lecture on campus and host in-person events at All Points for students to explore what agency life is like post-graduation. The AP University program adds value to our agency’s experience, while positioning us as an employer of choice.

Structured Hybrid
As we grow and evolve, we’re always adapting to shifting workplace trends. Our structured hybrid model emerged to maintain the best office experience and the highest possible job satisfaction for our team. We’re in office 2 to 3 days a week, which promotes collaboration, or as we like to say, “cross pod pollination,” between teams and departments. Even when we are work from home, we’re always in communication, keeping each other updated on top priorities, projects and client calls.
