CMIT Solutions Celebrates Outstanding Franchise Achievements at 2015 Annual Convention

Franchisees, Local Market Team Members, and Corporate Leadership Collaborate to Reinforce Company’s Position Atop the Information Technology Industry

AUSTIN, Texas – CMIT Solutions franchise partners took their business to new heights this past week as the company brought owners and home office leadership together for its annual convention and awards ceremony. The three-day event was held from Tuesday, April 14th through Thursday, April 16th in Park City, Utah.

“There’s nothing like bringing CMIT Solutions franchise partners together,” said Jeff Connally, president and CEO of CMIT Solutions. “We have a remarkable group of franchise partners in our system that continue to drive the growth and success of our company. Every year we look forward to coming together to share successes, discuss challenges, and continue our climb toward the top of the technology and franchising industries.”

Themed “CMIT Elevate,” the convention celebrated several key accomplishments and inspired all attendees – franchisees, local market team members, and corporate leadership – to continue to aim high, think big, and rise to the occasion day in and day out. The three days included extensive sales and marketing training, educational seminars, and opportunities to share best practices.

The most emotional portion of the gathering was the awards dinner. CMIT Solutions bestowed honors on top-performing office owners and their team members in attendance for sales, customer retention, and superior operations over the past 12 months.

During the dinner, Connally presented the highest honor, “Franchise of the Year,” to CMIT Solutions of Cherry Hill owner Bob Riesenbach and his team. CMIT Solutions of Cherry Hill earned the recognition with a series of high marks in all criteria judged, including total revenue, revenue increase, operations, number of managed seats, and participation within the franchise system.

“We are honored to be awarded such a prestigious recognition,” said Riesenbach, who joined the CMIT Solutions system four years ago. “The achievement is a testament to our perseverance over the past several years. I am proof that transitioning into entrepreneurship after a career in corporate America is not only possible but offers opportunities and successes that go beyond what was possible as a corporate executive. I am excited to celebrate this accomplishment with my family, team members, and community.”

In addition to CMIT Solutions of Cherry Hill’s impressive recognition for “Franchise of the Year,” several other CMIT Solutions offices also earned awards.

Additional honorees from the convention include:

  • Maggie and Marwan Al Halabi, CMIT Solutions of South Scottsdale (Rookie of the Year)
  • Larry Kerrigan, CMIT Solutions of Cambridge (President’s Award)
  • Steve Conyers, CMIT Solutions of Brooklyn North (Breakout)
