Among company heads in the entrepreneurial and franchise-focused PR realm, Jamie Izaks possesses a combination of credentials rarely found in others. His professional experience spans nearly 15 years, including executive level management at the leading national public relations agency serving the franchise industry prior to launching All Points. Previously, Jamie was the public relations manager for Chicago-based Hyatt Hotels Corporation, working at the company’s global headquarters. Earlier in his career, he earned his stripes in the news industry as an anchor, reporter and producer at various NBC, ABC, FOX and FOX SportsNet network affiliates throughout the United States.
Jamie is a seasoned publicist, writer, presenter and public speaker, having made speeches to rooms filled with hundreds of entrepreneurs as well as in small panel and roundtable settings. His work has resulted in countless national and local stories, as well as creative social media campaigns, that have consistently driven business results beyond expectation. This high level of achievement has earned Jamie respect among industry peers and afforded him the opportunity to successfully pursue new business development.
Dating back to his days as a teenager, working in the media industry has always been a professional pursuit. Jamie parlayed that passion into a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from the esteemed Ernie Pyle School of Journalism at Indiana University. He went on to work as a journalist in several U.S. markets, including Chicago as a television anchor, reporter and producer. Eager to learn more about the forces driving industry in America, Jamie pursued post-graduate studies and earned his MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
Jamie launched All Points Public Relations in September 2011 to realize his entrepreneurial dream – and to advance the dreams of other entrepreneurially spirited individuals and companies.
Simply put, Lauren keeps All Points running like a fine-tuned machine. Her savvy business sense combines with stellar organization and planning to keep All Points’ accounts on track. From conceptualizing and systematizing creative internal processes to accounting, HR, employee hiring and training, Lauren does it all with grace, understanding and attention to detail. Lauren has been the driving force behind some of All Points’ most substantive work, including launching the Positive Impact program where employees contribute quarterly to the community as a team.
A graduate of Indiana University, Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in education as well as a post-graduate degree in communication sciences and disorders from Northwestern University.
Lauren honed her skill set as an educator in the Chicago Public Schools system as well as at one of the city’s most prominent private schools. She demonstrates her dedication to philanthropy as a volunteer at her children’s school, the Alzheimer’s Association and FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education). She is also a Sunday School teacher and organizes a multiple book clubs.
Lauren is married to Jamie and together they have two children and several pet fish. As a family, they enjoy outdoor activities, attending the theater and cheering on the cubbies. Lauren is an avid fan of technology, the news, running and gardening.

Born and raised in Muncie, Indiana, Spencer has a knack for pairing design and content. Because of this, he has found a perfect fit at All Points as a Creative and Digital team member.
Prior to joining All Points, Spencer worked as a Graphic Design Specialist for an Indianapolis trucking company. He honed his design skills working toward recruiting and retention efforts.
Spencer graduated from Ball State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising with a focus on creative design along with a minor in marketing.
When he isn’t working, Spencer is catching up on Game of Thrones, running on Lake Shore Drive or taking a BuzzFeed quiz to see which Friends character he is.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the variety of industries we work with. It is interesting to see something perform well for one client and see how it could be used to benefit another.
A passionate creator who delights in the content creation process, Jessica uses her creative skills and strategic mindset to bring the client vision to life.
Jessica joins All Points after working in the learning and development space at Disney Institute
Jessica graduated from Drake University with a double major in journalism and mass communications and creative writing.
A Chicagoland native, Jessica enjoys exploring the city and discovering new restaurants. When she isn’t venturing through Chicago, Jessica spends her free time reading and writing, rock climbing and connecting with friends and family.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the warm, welcoming environment and the “own your work” philosophy.
Combining imaginative creativity with innovative graphic design, Jonathan produces unique brand messaging through his role on the Creative & Digital team. Building off of previous experiences, Jonathan has had exposure to a variety of creative fields, including graphic design, advertising, marketing and social media.
Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, Jonathan graduated from Michigan State University with a major in creative advertising and a minor in graphic design. Jonathan was eager to begin his career in the Chicagoland area and is very excited to have the opportunity to work at All Points.
When he’s not in the office, Jonathan is constantly surrounding himself with his family, friends, music and sports. He appreciates a variety of musical genres as well as an even wider array of sports – whether he is playing them, watching them or reading about them.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the freedom to create and the trust that Jamie and Lauren have in their pods. The team incorporates an awesome blend of independence and collaboration.
With PR experience on both local and international levels, Rachael is thrilled to be joining the All Points team. Her unique background in the entertainment industry has given her valuable interpersonal skills that bring an exciting new perspective to the agency. At All Points, Rachael is eager to build upon her passions for writing, social media management and strategic campaign planning.
Rachael graduated from Butler University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in strategic communication. During her time at Butler, Rachael spent a semester abroad in London where she interned for a beauty, celebrity and digital PR agency in the heart of the city. She was also an active member of PRSSA as well as her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega.
Outside of the office, Rachael enjoys traveling, shopping at Whole Foods and spending time with friends and family.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… being in a positive and supportive work environment alongside like-minded team members who continuously strive for excellence.
Before joining the All Points team, Ben was a reporter and editor covering local news in Chicago’s southwest suburbs. As a former journalist, Ben is well-positioned to successfully generate positive media exposure.
Ben earned his B.A. in journalism from DePaul University, where he was the editor-in-chief of the school’s student newspaper, The DePaulia. While at DePaul, he covered the Chicago mayoral election as an intern for a local news station’s political team and edited the literary magazine The Esthetic Apostle.
When he’s not working, you might find Ben canoeing in the Ozarks or bemoaning the persistent plight of his beloved Chicago Bears.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… that we are given a wide berth to tackle challenges by thinking creatively.
With a passion and flair for thinking outside of the box, Mackenzie embodies that same spark of entrepreneurial spirit that we see at each of our clients’ cores. At All Points, Mackenzie fosters meaningful relationships within key media markets and pitches innovative angles that tell our clients’ narratives.
Before joining the All Points team, Mackenzie worked at a public relations and public affairs agency in downtown Chicago, where her role focused on traditional media outreach, social media community management, graphic design and community outreach for a primarily health care-based client roster.
Born and raised in the Hawkeye State, Mackenzie graduated with honors from the University of Iowa in 2015, where she attained her B.A. in Journalism & Mass Communications, as well as two certificates in Philanthropy & Fundraising Communication and Public Health.
Mackenzie credits her journalism school’s faculty and coursework, as well as internship experiences at Cancer Treatment Centers of America and Kathy Schaeffer & Associates, Inc., for piquing her career interest in strategic communications and public relations.
Outside business hours, you can find Mackenzie absorbed in a DIY house décor project, exploring the great outdoors or cheering on her alma mater in Big 10 football.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the positive and supportive atmosphere in which we work. Our team collaborates to achieve results and success for our clients, but also for each other. It’s the type of team dynamic that empowers everyone to be set up for success.
Tess is excited to bring her public relations experience and interpersonal skills to All Points in her role on the Public Relations team.
While she prides herself on her verbal communication, Tess loves bringing ideas to life for her clients through writing, one of the many reasons she is passionate about the multiple facets of public relations.
Previously, Tess worked with an on-campus organization as a communications and social media intern during her time at Western Michigan University. While there, she also was an active member in the American Sign Language Club, where she attended “Deaf Night Out” events. Tess graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a minor in American Sign Language.
In her spare time, Tess enjoys watching movies, trying new foods, hiking and spending time with friends and family.

Katie brings a passion for writing and all things PR to the All Points team. Katie began her public relations career as an intern at a Chicago PR agency, where she established a strong foundation of essential media relations skills, including media monitoring, content creation and developing mutually beneficial media contacts across several industries.
Katie graduated from Marquette University with a bachelor’s in Corporate Communication and a minor in Public Relations. During her time at Marquette, Katie was a member of PRSSA and Lambda Pi Eta, the communications honor society. Both experiences taught her the leadership and communication skills necessary to excel in her role at All Points PR.
In her free time, Katie enjoys exploring Chicago, spending time with family and friends and going on bike rides.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the work atmosphere. The collaborative environment is inspiring, and the team is so willing to help each other reach their potential.
With a strong passion for writing, editing and social media, Amanda strives to tell authentic stories and personally connect with her audience. As a member of the Content Marketing team, Amanda works creatively and strategically to create genuine content, collaborating with her team to sharpen her skills that enable her to participate in the rapidly changing field of public relations.
Prior to joining the All Points team, Amanda worked as a remote editorial intern and national feature writer with an online media source for college women. There she was able to keep up in a fast-paced editorial environment, connect with experts and stay informed to edit and contribute feature-length articles and blogs.
Amanda graduated from Carthage College with a double major in communications and public relations, where she founded a campus chapter focused on creating online content and ran cross country and track and field.
Born and raised in Chicago, Amanda enjoys visiting the beach often and finding new trails to run on. When she isn’t outdoors she can be found typing away on her laptop, obsessing over dachshund videos on Facebook and binging Gossip Girl on Netflix for the third time.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the atmosphere. Everyone is upbeat and hardworking, which makes for an exciting and collaborative work environment!
Alana is excited to bring her diverse experience to the All Points team on the Public Relations side.
Born and raised in Deerfield, Illinois, which is where All Points PR is based, Alana recently graduated summa cum laude from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations and a minor in nutrition. During her time at ISU, Alana worked as the director of PR for PRSSA where she gained experience working with clients. She also worked as a communication specialist for a local arts non-profit in Bloomington-Normal.
When she is not working in PR, Alana loves directing children’s theatre, watching reality television and trying new vegan recipes.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the welcoming work environment and supportive staff who motivate me to put my best foot forward.
Since joining All Points in 2014, Bailey’s presence has been felt throughout the agency. When it comes to strategizing and developing plans for clients, Bailey exercises her creativity to create and implement campaigns and tactics that will help clients meet their goals and objectives. Her ability to see the bigger picture when it comes to client work has paved the way for her to explore new opportunities within the agency and externally.
Her position with All Points allows her to build, maintain and grow relationships with key members of the media on a local, regional and national level while also having strong relationships with clients. She prides herself on her communication skills, and enjoys securing top tier placements for clients that help to move the needle for them whether it’s for consumer, b2b or franchise development purposes.
Bailey’s career in public relations was spearheaded by her desire to work in a field that tied media relations and business. After attending Saint Louis University in Missouri where Bailey received her bachelor’s in communication with a focus in journalism, she received her master’s in strategic communication with an emphasis in public relations from Purdue University.
Out of the office, Bailey enjoys doing outdoor activities, such as hiking and playing beach volleyball, and visiting all of the different pizza restaurants Chicago has to offer.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the close-knit office environment. It encourages creativity, collaboration and communication, which all together make for a pretty awesome (fun) place to work.
Alex found her calling in the public relations field through her passion for both written and verbal communication. A self-proclaimed ‘people person,’ she believes in the importance of building and maintaining relationships with our clients that foster professional and personal growth.
Prior to joining the All Points team, Alex worked for a public relations agency in Chicago, where she provided media relations to a myriad of clients in the legal and financial realm.
Alex graduated from Western Michigan University, where she studied public relations and creative writing. While at Western, she worked as a research assistant for the School of Communication and was a member of the Lambda Pi Eta National Communication Association.
Outside of the office, Alex enjoys belting Broadway hits in the car, watching documentaries and spending time with friends and family.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the collaborative work environment and the ‘we’ mentality that allows for the cultivation of creative and forward-thinking ideas.
Living with the Izaks, Cubby has grown up eating, sleeping, playing and barking fur-ranchising. Cubby first started at All Points PR during a ruff time while the office was working remotely, but he quickly became top dog, making Zoom calls brighter and working with Lauren to prepare the office for our return.
With a talent for sniffing out a great pitch and posing for the All Points PR social media pup-arazzi, Cubby works like a dog every day. His biggest strength is helping the team keep a pawsitive attitude.
Outside of the office, Cubby enjoys playing fetch, going for walks and watching his namesake, the Chicago Cubs, play ball.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… visiting everyone’s desks for pets when I come into the office, especially those who keep treats for me at their desk.
With a mentor like Cubby, Ivy has put the right paw forward in her public relations career. She’s lived up to her pet-tential from Day 1 at the office.
Ivy has a fur-rociously persistent approach to pitching and great instincts that always lead her to bark up the right trees. She’s also dabbled in the creative, digital and content departments, drafting fetching copy and graphics.
When the workday is done, she loves to hang out with Cubby and the Izaks at home and relax with a chew toy.

A public relations enthusiast driven by creativity, JoeyLauren uses innovation and strategic thinking to share compelling news stories. Whether it’s positioning a brand as a leader in its industry or helping a franchise expand into new markets, she cultivates relationships with key media professionals to always ensure All Points is exceeding the goals it has set for its clients.
JoeyLauren joins us after working with a Chicago-based integrated communications agency where she was exposed to the challenging yet thrilling public relations, marketing and creative fields. From securing notable media placements to developing campaign social strategies, JoeyLauren developed a transferable skillset to uniquely support her clients at All Points.
Outside of the office, JoeyLauren channels her entrepreneurial spirit as a Chloe and Isabel jewelry merchandiser, marketing the brand and being a #girlboss of her own online boutique. On the weekends, you’ll probably find her tackling a DIY craft, hanging out with friends or playing with her pup Oliver.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… being in a collaborative environment alongside like-minded leaders that all share a can-do, positive attitude.
Cole brings with him a passion for public relations and strong drive to succeed at All Points in his role on the Public Relations team. Reveling in the opportunity to tell his clients’ stories, Cole has honed his media relations skills to become a leading publicity results producer in the agency.
Prior to joining the All Points team, Cole worked at a large, national PR firm in Detroit, supporting healthcare and automotive industry clients.
Outside of his PR responsibilities, Cole is eager to make a positive contribution to the office culture and atmosphere by bringing a smile to each and every one of his colleagues’ faces. When he’s out of the office, Cole enjoys playing basketball, spending time with loved ones, rooting for his alma mater Michigan State University and enjoying the rich tapestry that is life.

Kate’s administrative background, love for organization and passion for helping others serves her well in her role at All Point PR on the Office Manager team.
As a Northbrook, Illinois native, Kate is thrilled to be continuing her career in the Chicagoland area. Prior to joining the All Points PR team, Kate began her career as the boutique coordinator for a high-end bridal salon after earning her bachelor’s in environmental studies from Eckerd College.
Outside of the office, Kate enjoys spending time with family, including her three furry family members, and friends. She also enjoys nature photography and volunteering at animal shelters.

Anastasia’s passion for storytelling, connecting with others and writing seamlessly merge as one in her public relations work. An extrovert since birth, she constantly works to build meaningful and trusting relationships with her All Points teammates and clients alike.
Prior to joining the All Points PR team, Anastasia worked at multiple agencies around the world, from Chicago to Washington D.C. and in London, UK. These opportunities, paired with her client experience in varying industries, allows Anastasia to bring a global perspective to her media relations work.
Anastasia graduated summa cum laude from American University in Washington D.C., where she pursued a major in public relations and strategic communication with a minor in marketing. During her time at AU, she served on the executive board for the AU chapter of an online media website geared toward collegiate women, worked for an on-campus student-run PR firm and was a member of PRSSA.
When not in the office, Anastasia can be found practicing her French horn, watching old movies and spending time with her friends and family.

Bringing a professional background in graphic design and experience working with franchises to her role on the Creative & Digital team, Emily utilizes both her left-brain analytical side and her right-brain creative skills to develop strong campaigns for clients. Her passion for her work is fueled by her lifelong love of art and design along with her inquisitive nature.
Emily earned her degree in advertising and design from the University of Illinois. While on campus, she worked as the head of public relations for Delta Zeta – Alpha Beta Chapter and maintained an active status in the nation’s largest chapter of the American Advertising Federation.
In her free time, you can find Emily shopping the aisles of craft stores, painting, sewing, drawing, designing or diving head first into a new craft. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Marin brings her creativity and competitive nature to the All Points team, using inspiring design and dynamic lead generation tactics to secure big wins for clients.
Before All Points, Marin created print, graphic design, email and social media deliverables during her internship for an educational assessment company. She was also the editor-in-chief for an online lifestyle publication.
Marin graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in journalism and communication studies. She held research assistant positions in the journalism and communications studies departments. While at Iowa, she also served as the social chair for Delta Zeta, the VP of PR and Marketing for the Panhellenic Council and the president of Rho Lambda Honors Sorority.
Outside of work, Marin spends time with friends and family, reads anywhere she can find a sunny spot outdoors and tries out new recipes she discovers on Pinterest.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… working with diverse clients across so many industries.
With a strong passion for writing and implementing creative campaigns, Rachel brings undeniable value to the All Points team. Her diverse background in social media management, event planning and client communication brings an exciting new outlook to the agency.
Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Rachel previously sharpened her professional skills with a Chicago-based event company, where she spearheaded social media and marketing, as well as event management. Her time with the company provided her exposure in executing social media campaigns, securing coverage for events and landing additional writing opportunities.
Rachel also spent four years in Iowa, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Iowa State University. Her time at the University exposed her to many opportunities, including her roles as social media chair of the student run D.I.Y. Craft Club and devoted member of PRSSA.
Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys being active and attending workout classes. She also enjoys more relaxing activities, such as reading a good book and spending time with friends.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the inclusivity of the work environment and being able to work together through the common goal of providing exceptional results for each client.
With a passion for writing and all things digital, Sarah strives to use her storytelling abilities to create an authentic connection with her audience.
Sarah earned her degree in journalism with minors in business and public relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). While at UIUC, she served as a teaching assistant for the College of Media and a reporter for the student newspaper.
A St. Louis native, Sarah is excited to expand her career with the All Points PR team. Outside of the office, you can find her wandering the aisles of Target, grabbing coffee with friends or playing with her pup Finley.

With a diverse background in traditional public relations, social media and influencer relations work, Nicole is excited to bring her expertise as well as a fresh perspective to the All Points team.
Before joining the All Points team, Nicole worked for a global public relations agency in Chicago, where she was on the digital team responsible for providing influencer relations management support to the agency’s largest client. Prior to that, she also had the opportunity to be a social media manager for a local digital fashion publication and she worked for a boutique PR agency focused on music, non-profit organizations and arts education.
Nicole received a bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising with a minor in photography and women’s and gender studies from DePaul University. While she was at DePaul, she was a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America.
When she is not in the office, you can find Nicole going to concerts, working on improving her photography and graphic design skills, discovering the latest music artists, reading up on all things pop culture and trying to find the newest TV show to binge watch.

Dylan is thrilled to bring his design and communications experience to the All Points team in his role on the Creative & Digital team.
Prior to joining the All Points team, Dylan started his career as a graphic design intern at an insurance company and as a creative marketing intern at a large department store chain. There he established a strong foundation in content creation and social media managing.
Dylan graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design and a minor in art history. While on campus, he interned for a local art gallery, held the featured entertainment coordinator position for ACBU, was the President of the leadership/service organization Fellows, and the recruitment chair for Theta Chi.
Outside of the office, Dylan has a passion for the arts, community engagement and the outdoors. In his studio practice, you’ll find him creating mixed media work with an emphasis on abstract portraiture.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the community. The team at All Points PR truly cares about one another and the work we are doing!
Katie is excited to bring her digital marketing experience to the All Points team in her Digital Marketing role. Her expertise lends itself to supporting client goals in the ever-changing digital landscape.
Prior to joining All Points, Katie worked in digital marketing specifically for the gambling sector. She had the opportunity to manage a variety of campaigns, allowing her to hone her skills in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), content creation and social media marketing.
Katie graduated from Illinois State University (ISU) with a Bachelor of Science in public relations and a minor in sociology. While at ISU, Katie held various leadership positions in the Pi Beta Phi Iota chapter sorority. She also managed to accrue two years of experience in nonprofit communications, event planning and social media management.
You can find Katie on the weekends at a concert, enjoying brunch with friends or hanging out with her beagle-basset, Simon.

Previously, Alex worked with a popular on-campus publication as a PR & social media intern during her time at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. While there, she also served as a brand ambassador for various online food delivery brands. Alex graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in media studies and a double minor in Spanish & public relations.
While she prides herself on her organization skills and attention to detail, Alex is also a self-proclaimed “people person.” She loves to create and build strong relationships with both coworkers and clients. When out of the office, Alex can be found at the yoga studio, a music festival or cheering on the Cubs at Wrigley Field.

A Chicago native, Emily is eager to put her public relations experience to work close to home.
Emily received her bachelor’s degree in public relations and strategic communications from Purdue University. At Purdue, Emily held executive roles in both Purdue’s student-run PR firm and in PRSSA. She spent a semester studying abroad in Italy and was an active member in her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta.
Outside of the office, Emily can be found trying out new baking recipes, spending time with family and friends and exploring Chicago’s trending restaurants.

Born and raised in Chicagoland, Jessica is thrilled to be pursuing her career in public relations very close to home with All Points Public Relations. Jessica’s extremely outgoing personality and eagerness for creativity steered her towards public relations. As a key member of the All Points PR media relations team, she is at once persistent with press pitching and skilled at writing press releases.
Part of the All Points team since the company’s inception, Jessica has played a key role in supporting the company’s growth. She has worked with a wide range of clients, securing press coverage locally, regionally and nationally across all media types. Her ability to communicate effectively with the press and All Points PR’s clients has earned her tremendous respect with her peers and unquestioned trust with clients.
Jessica finds the nature of public relations to be invigorating. She knows that generating great ideas and strategic thinking are an everyday necessity. As a PR professional, Jessica gets great satisfaction from seeing the results that her hard work has created. She is a true team player and one that everyone enjoys working with at All Points.

A dedicated public relations professional, Maddy brings a diverse set of skills with her to the All Points team. She is committed to utilizing her expertise in organization and research, as well as her attention to detail.
Previously, Maddy honed her skills with a communications firm in Chicago, where she created media lists, developed newsletters and researched creative pitching angles for clients. She also interned at a nonprofit, working under the director of marketing and development to capture testimonials, organize special event planning and analyze social media results.
Maddy graduated cum laude from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts in advertising, communication studies and public relations, with a Spanish minor. At their respective Xavier chapters, she was vice president of the Public Relations Student Society of America, vice president of the Lambda Pi Eta National Communication Association and a member of the Mortar Board Honor Society. As a regular on the Dean’s List, Maddy earned the LJ Flynn award for academic achievement.
Outside of the office, Maddy enjoys taking her dogs on walks and running. She can also be found watching Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
