Children’s Lighthouse Learning Centers® Names Monica Brown Franchise Development Manager

Brown to Enhance Educational Childcare Center’s Franchise Expansion in Targeted Markets throughout the United States

FORT WORTH, Texas – In a move to further accelerate the brand’s expansion, Children’s Lighthouse Learning Centers, widely recognized as the nation’s leading values-based, early education childcare provider, has appointed Monica Brown Franchise Development Manager.

“We are proud to welcome Monica to the Children’s Lighthouse family. Her background in franchising and early childhood education makes her a valuable addition to our team,” said Stephen Dixon, Chief Development Officer of Children’s Lighthouse Learning Centers. “With Monica on board, Children’s Lighthouse can further its efforts to meet the demand for early childhood education in all corners of the country. We look forward to leveraging her knowledge and experience to advance the growth of the company.”

In her new position, Monica, who has no relation to CEO and Co-Founder Pat Brown, will spearhead Children’s Lighthouse Learning Centers franchise growth by managing the processes associated with recruiting strong franchise candidates. She will be assisting with the facilitation of franchisee discovery days and training sessions, developing follow-up procedures for lead and sales generation programs and ensuring legal compliance with franchise agreements.

Monica moves into the new position following more than seven years of experience as Franchise Development Coordinator with Gold’s Gym International, where she assisted with the signing of more than 100 franchise agreements. Most recently, Monica served as an administrative secretary with the Richardson Independent School District, where she managed budgets within the health services department. Her role within the public school system inspired Monica to pursue a career in early childhood education. With her two children approaching elementary school, timing was right for her to join the Children’s Lighthouse family.

“The opportunity to work at Children’s Lighthouse is one that I couldn’t pass up,” said Brown who lives in McKinney with her husband and two children. “I am looking forward to growing the franchise system with qualified candidates who share my passion for early childhood education. I couldn’t be more excited to launch the next phase of my career.“

Launched 18 years ago, Children’s Lighthouse provides entrepreneurs with the opportunity to open in attractive metropolitan areas. Ownership in a Children’s Lighthouse franchise includes a full suite of support services, including site selection, financing guidance, construction administration, and grand opening marketing best practices. Children’s Lighthouse’s initial and ongoing training and support is led by an experienced team of childcare veterans, providing the franchise owner invaluable insight and leadership for the entire life of the franchise.
