“We are pleased to welcome Jeff, Rebecca, Setty, and Pankti to the CMIT Solutions team,” said Jeff Connally, the CEO and president of Austin-based CMIT Solutions. “With the addition of these four leaders to our ranks, we are strengthening our ability to provide our franchise partners with the solutions and support needed to have an immediate, positive, and measurable impact on small and medium-sized businesses in their community. We look forward to leveraging the skills and experience of Jeff, Rebecca, Setty, and Pankti to drive growth for CMIT Solutions in the months and years to come.”

In his new role as Technology Specialist, Vogt will collaborate with Director of Product Development Cindy Phillips in the development and application of CMIT Solutions’ product and services roadmap. Prior to joining CMIT Solutions, Vogt served as a partner technology specialist for Microsoft. His role included providing pre-sales support across the Microsoft productivity suite and driving sales enablement training across Dell call centers to create product awareness and competency and generate mindshare among hundreds of system, software, and services sales representatives.

As CMIT Solutions’ new Marketing Coordinator, Broussard will work closely with Director of Marketing and Communications Lindsey Wohrer to spearhead the development, coordination, and implementation of the company’s integrated marketing programs. Before joining CMIT Solutions, Broussard served as a social media support specialist for Samsung. She has also served as a customer support concierge for Volusion, a leading provider of e-commerce software.

In her new role as Franchise Support Coordinator, Wagner will assist Director of Training and Coaching Jim Tillinghast in helping CMIT Solutions franchise partners drive growth for their offices. In her former role, Wagner served as Special Projects and Administrative Coordinator for the International Academy of Film & Television (IAFT), where she assisted the School Director and Registrar in incorporating and implementing new school policies. In addition, Wagner has served as Account Coordinator for FGS Demand One in Fulfillment Services.

As Legal and HR Coordinator, Bhatt will work closely with Director of Legal and Human Resources Rebecca Connally in guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. Bhatt brings five-plus years of legal support experience, as well as a year of human resource experience. In her prior position, Bhatt created and implemented recruitment strategies for a 250-person volunteer legal services program, acting as Volunteer Manager and Executive Support. She is looking forward to additional work in the Human Resource field.

Ranked number one in its category in Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2015 Franchise 500® list, these new hires join CMIT Solutions as the company looks to build on the momentum it has achieved in the past 12 months, which includes new openings in Seattle, Charlotte, Omaha, and other major markets throughout the U.S. and Canada.
