
Lauren Izaks
Simply put, Lauren builds and leads All Points PR with clarity, discipline, and heart. She guides the agency’s growth while fostering a culture where both clients and team members thrive. Known for her strategic thinking and thoughtful leadership, she plays a central role in shaping the agency’s strategy, operations, and long-term vision.
She oversees internal operations across the firm, including systems, HR, accounting, hiring, training, and technology. From designing scalable processes to launching new services and internal departments, Lauren has helped transform All Points into a forward-thinking agency serving more than 80 franchise brands across industries such as food and beverage, health and wellness, and technology. She also leads strategic recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
Lauren founded the agency’s Positive Impact program, bringing team members together for quarterly volunteer initiatives throughout Chicagoland. She is also the co-founder of the Northern Illinois Franchise Association, an organization that connects franchisors, franchisees, and suppliers for meaningful conversations around industry trends, legislation, and business strategy.
A graduate of Indiana University with a degree in education, Lauren later earned two master’s degrees from Northwestern University in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Information Design and Strategy. She continues her connection to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern, where she teaches Brand Management, bringing real-world industry perspective into the classroom.
Outside the office, Lauren enjoys running, music, and staying current on technology and culture. She leads a professional development book club for the APPR team and a personal book club with friends. She and her husband, Jamie, are raising their two children, Max and Abby, alongside their three dogs, Cubby, Wrigley, and Ivy.
