Among company heads in the entrepreneurial and franchise-focused PR realm, Jamie Izaks possesses a combination of credentials rarely found in others. His professional experience spans nearly 15 years, including executive level management at the leading national public relations agency serving the franchise industry prior to launching All Points. Previously, Jamie was the public relations manager for Chicago-based Hyatt Hotels Corporation, working at the company’s global headquarters. Earlier in his career, he earned his stripes in the news industry as an anchor, reporter and producer at various NBC, ABC, FOX and FOX SportsNet network affiliates throughout the United States.
Jamie is a seasoned publicist, writer, presenter and public speaker, having made speeches to rooms filled with hundreds of entrepreneurs as well as in small panel and roundtable settings. His work has resulted in countless national and local stories, as well as creative social media campaigns, that have consistently driven business results beyond expectation. This high level of achievement has earned Jamie respect among industry peers and afforded him the opportunity to successfully pursue new business development.
Dating back to his days as a teenager, working in the media industry has always been a professional pursuit. Jamie parlayed that passion into a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from the esteemed Ernie Pyle School of Journalism at Indiana University. He went on to work as a journalist in several U.S. markets, including Chicago as a television anchor, reporter and producer. Eager to learn more about the forces driving industry in America, Jamie pursued post-graduate studies and earned his MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
Jamie launched All Points Public Relations in September 2011 to realize his entrepreneurial dream – and to advance the dreams of other entrepreneurially spirited individuals and companies.
Creative and confident, Lauren is all too humble about her savvy business sense. Her foresight keeps All Points focused on the future, helping plan company growth and client acquisition.
When it comes to motivating people, nobody does it better. She’s kind, thoughtful yet able to get her point across in a way that her peers and employees respect.
She earned a post-graduate degree from world-renowned Northwestern University, conducting her studies in the acclaimed communications sciences and disorders program.
Lauren honed her skill set as an educator in Chicago’s Public Schools as well as at one the city’s most prominent private schools. She continues to help educate Chicago’s youth through her active participation as both a buddy and Associate Board member of Open Books, a non-profit social venture to promote literacy. Lauren also volunteers regularly at her children’s school.
Lauren is married to Jamie and together they have two children.

Lauren joins the All Points team eager to further develop her skills and passion for PR. Her background paired with her outgoing personality, creativity and organizational skills serve her well on the All Points team.
Prior to joining the team, the Carthage College graduate studied communications, public relations and theatre. Her experience includes local work at Six Flags Great America where she developed internal and external communication skills, and global work at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland where she worked on a team to promote the world premiere showing of “No Name,” performed by the Carthage College Theatre Department.
Born and raised in the Chicago area, Lauren is excited to be close to home as she pursues her career goals at All Points.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling, which includes reviewing the places she’s been on TripAdvisor. Lauren’s love for traveling stems from her goal to see the unique beauty of all 50 states.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the office environment. From the separate pods, to the entire office team, the collaborative and supportive office environment sets everyone up for success.
Lizzie’s experience in integrated public relations gives her the ability to develop and execute her clients’ short-term campaigns and long-term projects with a skill set that helps brands tell their compelling stories.
Her most notable professional accomplishments include planning multifaceted community and corporate events for the Lexington, Kentucky area, conducting nationwide market research for Bosch North America and, most recently, writing news releases and managing social media for the University of Kentucky College of Communication and Information.
Lizzie earned a bachelor’s in Integrated Strategic Communication from the University of Kentucky. She focused her studies in public relations while also earning minors in history and Italian. While at UK, she was an executive board member of UK’s PRSSA chapter, a student ambassador for the College of Communication and Information, a mentor to incoming freshmen and a member of the service fraternity.
Born and raised in the Chicago area, Lizzie is excited to be back in Chicagoland. When she’s not working, Lizzie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending country music concerts and watching as many UK basketball games as she can catch on TV.

With a passion and flair for thinking outside of the box, Mackenzie embodies that same spark of entrepreneurial spirit that we see at each of our clients’ cores. At All Points, Mackenzie fosters meaningful relationships within key media markets and pitches innovative angles that tell our clients’ narratives.
Before joining the All Points team, Mackenzie worked at a public relations and public affairs agency in downtown Chicago, where her role focused on traditional media outreach, social media community management, graphic design and community outreach for a primarily health care-based client roster.
Born and raised in the Hawkeye State, Mackenzie graduated with honors from the University of Iowa in 2015, where she attained her B.A. in Journalism & Mass Communications, as well as two certificates in Philanthropy & Fundraising Communication and Public Health.
Mackenzie credits her journalism school’s faculty and coursework, as well as internship experiences at Cancer Treatment Centers of America and Kathy Schaeffer & Associates, Inc., for piquing her career interest in strategic communications and public relations.
Outside business hours, you can find Mackenzie absorbed in a DIY house décor project, exploring the great outdoors or cheering on her alma mater in Big 10 football.

As a young professional, Bailey has been able to achieve a wide range of public relations and writing successes, which have allowed her to hone a collection of effective communications practices. Taking the opportunity to work in a variety of communications firms while earning her degree, she was able to cultivate a clear path for her career in public relations. Bailey’s time with Bader Rutter, a national public relations agency, included work on creating newsletters, writing blogs, producing and editing videos and maintaining social media for a Fortune 500 client.
A graduate of Saint Louis University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Bailey’s professional work and collegiate studies include focusing on journalism, public relations and advertising. These experiences, along with her caring personality and attention to detail, make her a great fit for the All Points team – and for her clients.
Bailey credits her success in the public relations field to her ability to focus on the whole of a story. She uses her creative side to find the angle that is most compelling.
In her free time, Bailey enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In the summer, you can find her at the beach playing volleyball.
What I like most about working at All Points PR is… the close-knit office environment. It encourages creativity, collaboration and communication, which all together make for a pretty awesome (fun) place to work.
A public relations enthusiast driven by creativity, JoeyLauren uses innovation and strategic thinking to share compelling news stories. Whether it’s positioning a brand as a leader in its industry or helping a franchise expand into new markets, she cultivates relationships with key media professionals to always ensure All Points is exceeding the goals it has set for its clients.
JoeyLauren joins us after working with a Chicago-based integrated communications agency where she was exposed to the challenging yet thrilling public relations, marketing and creative fields. From securing notable media placements to developing campaign social strategies, JoeyLauren developed a transferable skillset to uniquely support her clients at All Points.
Outside of the office, JoeyLauren channels her entrepreneurial spirit as a Chloe and Isabel jewelry merchandiser, marketing the brand and being a #girlboss of her own online boutique. On the weekends, you’ll probably find her tackling a DIY craft, hanging out with friends or playing with her pup Oliver.
My favorite thing about All Points PR is…being in a collaborative environment alongside like-minded leaders that all share a can-do, positive attitude.
Allie’s public relations background paired with her passion for beautiful graphic design and eye-catching original content serves her well on All Points PR team.
A native of the Chicagoland area, she is excited to be a part of such an incredible team so close to home. Prior to joining the All Points PR team, Allie earned her degree in Public Relations at Illinois State University. During her time as a Redbird, Allie honed her social media and graphic design skills as an intern with a social media marketing agency, Special Olympics Illinois and the School of Communication. She also participated in events such as Startup Weekend Chicago and Techweek Chicago.
Outside of work, Allie volunteers in leadership roles with her chapter of Pi Beta Phi and Ms. Tech. She also enjoys admiring typography, traveling, spending time with her friends and family and drinking excessive amounts of coffee.

Amy’s professional and collegiate experience centers around journalism and public relations. In college, Amy freelanced for several local and regional publications. She completed an internship at Rex Public Relations in Tulsa, Okla., where she spent the majority of her time writing and pitching stories for clients like Mi Cocina, Magnir, Firstar Bank, Armada Consulting and the University of Tulsa.
Dubbed the “Walking AP Stylebook” by a former intern coordinator, Amy also has a strong command of grammatical, syntactic and stylistic skills, which she has used in a professional capacity for digital and print advertising, social media marketing campaigns and creative materials.
Amy graduated with honors from Oral Roberts University with a B.S. in Convergence Journalism. She spent two years as the editor-in-chief of her award-winning college newspaper, where she learned leadership, deadline control and communication from an esteemed group of faculty advisers.
In her free time, Amy enjoys cooking, baking and developing her own recipes, as well as exploring her Chicago neighborhood and listening to Spanish talk radio.

Gillian brings a diverse background in communications and public relations to All Points PR. Prior to joining the All Points team, she worked as the outreach coordinator at a domestic violence nonprofit on the Oregon coast, combining a passion for advocacy with her skills in media relations and public outreach. She’s excited to be back home in Chicago and to use her talent in building meaningful relationships with community, national and industry contacts to promote All Points’ clients.
After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison., Gillian gained extensive experience in strategic and corporate communications while working for the Nielsen Company, where she developed a deep appreciation for the value of measurable, metrics-based outcomes for communications stakeholders..
Previously, she worked for a variety of news outlets, including positions as senior reporter and editor for the Badger Herald, the largest independent student newspaper in the country. She also worked in the UW Communications department as the hometown news coordinator, publicizing student and university achievements and awards.
Gillian also earned her Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and completed her dissertation on intelligence tradecraft and analysis. While in Edinburgh, she had the opportunity to assist several national groups with public relations and communications, including YWCA Scotland and the student group for the National Trust for Scotland, giving her a unique perspective on international communications strategies.
In her spare time, Gillian enjoys volunteering, writing fiction, traveling, cooking and spending quality napping time with her cat.
What I like most about working at All Points PR is… is the positive, energetic team atmosphere, and the agency’s commitment to providing each client with a high-end, professional, individualized and results-driven PR experience.
Liz is known to be a team player who contributes positive energy into everything she does. At All Points Public Relations, Liz is pursuing her love for establishing and deepening professional relationships with clients, the media and the agency team. She attributes her wide range of communications skills to her experiences in a variety of settings.
Prior to her current role at All Points PR, Liz worked for a Chicago-based public relations agency with a healthcare, nonprofit and association focus. Her responsibilities included securing media placements and managing social media for the agency’s clients. For this reason, she is no stranger to fostering strong client and press relationships.
Earlier, while attending Dominican University and working towards her degree in Corporate Communication, Liz was an event coordinator for Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants. She also spent time with the Public Information Office at the Village of Mount Prospect.
When Liz is not in the office, she can be found engrossed in a page-turner (or Netflix series), doing yoga or devouring sushi with her family and friends.
What I like most about working at All Points PR is… the amount of palpable passion in the office. A passion to do amazing things for our clients and to uphold the fantastic reputation All Points PR has built for itself.
Whitney’s communications capabilities span across several elements of the marketing mix, including graphic design, social media and advertising. At All Points PR, she serves as one of the agency’s social media gurus and creative graphic design artists.
Experienced at implementing social media campaigns from conception, through design, and all the way to execution, her range of expertise makes her an integral part of the All Points team.
Prior to joining All Points PR, Whitney worked for a high-end tea company in Chicago, handling multiple projects at a time. Whitney was the sole designer for marketing campaigns, web design, newsletters, packaging, and point of sale print materials for the company. Her designs can be seen in Costco stores, Jamba Juice stores worldwide, Groupon, and Williams Sonoma, as well as many other well-known retailers..
Whitney began her college education in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where she earned her Bachelors degree in Graphic Design. Realizing that communication is a large part of graphic design, she furthered her education by earning a Masters in Art Communication and Digital Media.
In her spare time, Whitney works on various projects mixing artistic mediums. She enjoys staying immersed in the art and design worlds.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the creative work environment. There are always a variety of fun, new projects to work on and collaboration is encouraged!
Stephanie combines her outgoing personality, creativity and organizational skills in serving as a key member of the All Points PR team. In her role, she leads creative and social media efforts for our clients, helping build their brand, maintain loyalty and reach new audiences.
Prior to All Points PR, Stephanie worked in graphic design for a leading instrumentation and controls company. She graduated in three years with honors, from Valparaiso University in Northwest Indiana with a Bachelor’s degree in Art. In her time there, she completed an internship in layout and design with a local print publication.
Outside of the office, Stephanie organizes charity events that raise money and awareness for numerous causes, including TheBerry Illinois chapter and ChiveCharities. Also in her free time, Stephanie enjoys exercising, meeting new people, spending time with family and traveling.
My favorite part of All Points PR is… the environment that I get to work in on a daily basis. The positive energy and teamwork is contagious! Not only do we have fun with one another, we also work very hard as an organization to achieve outstanding results for each of our clients.
Born and raised in Chicagoland, Jessica is thrilled to be pursuing her career in public relations very close to home with All Points Public Relations. Jessica’s extremely outgoing personality and eagerness for creativity steered her towards public relations. As a key member of the All Points PR media relations team, she is at once persistent with press pitching and skilled at writing press releases.
Part of the All Points team since the company’s inception, Jessica has played a key role in supporting the company’s growth. She has worked with a wide range of clients, securing press coverage locally, regionally and nationally across all media types. Her ability to communicate effectively with the press and All Points PR’s clients has earned her tremendous respect with her peers and unquestioned trust with clients.
Jessica finds the nature of public relations to be invigorating. She knows that generating great ideas and strategic thinking are an everyday necessity. As a PR professional, Jessica gets great satisfaction from seeing the results that her hard work has created. She is a true team player and one that everyone enjoys working with at All Points.
Outside of work, in her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and working out.

Sydney joins the team at All Points excited to develop her career and assist the agency’s clients in fostering entrepreneurship opportunities across the franchising industry.
Prior to joining All Points, Sydney worked at a boutique public relations agency in Chicago with a variety of corporate, retail and nonprofit clients on both a local and national scale. She graduated with honors from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a minor in Sociology. During her undergrad years, she served as president of the Student Athletic Board and was an active member of the Griffiths Leadership Society for Women.
Outside of work, Sydney volunteers her time for Chicago-area nonprofit Designs for Dignity as an associate board member. In her free time, Sydney enjoys exercising, traveling and spending time with family.
My favorite part of All Points PR is… the collaborative energy and overall company culture.
