Among company heads in the entrepreneurial and franchise-focused PR realm, Jamie Izaks possesses a combination of credentials rarely found in others. His professional experience spans nearly 15 years, including executive level management at the leading national public relations agency serving the franchise industry prior to launching All Points. Previously, Jamie was the public relations manager for Chicago-based Hyatt Hotels Corporation, working at the company’s global headquarters. Earlier in his career, he earned his stripes in the news industry as an anchor, reporter and producer at various NBC, ABC, FOX and FOX SportsNet network affiliates throughout the United States.
Jamie is a seasoned publicist, writer, presenter and public speaker, having made speeches to rooms filled with hundreds of entrepreneurs as well as in small panel and roundtable settings. His work has resulted in countless national and local stories, as well as creative social media campaigns, that have consistently driven business results beyond expectation. This high level of achievement has earned Jamie respect among industry peers and afforded him the opportunity to successfully pursue new business development.
Dating back to his days as a teenager, working in the media industry has always been a professional pursuit. Jamie parlayed that passion into a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from the esteemed Ernie Pyle School of Journalism at Indiana University. He went on to work as a journalist in several U.S. markets, including Chicago as a television anchor, reporter and producer. Eager to learn more about the forces driving industry in America, Jamie pursued post-graduate studies and earned his MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
Jamie launched All Points Public Relations in September 2011 to realize his entrepreneurial dream – and to advance the dreams of other entrepreneurially spirited individuals and companies.
Simply put, Lauren keeps All Points running like a fine-tuned machine. Her savvy business sense combines with stellar organization and planning to keep All Points’ accounts on track. From conceptualizing and systematizing creative internal processes to accounting, HR, employee hiring and training, Lauren does it all with grace, understanding and attention to detail. Lauren has been the driving force behind some of All Points’ most substantive work, including launching the Positive Impact program where employees contribute quarterly to the community as a team.
A graduate of Indiana University, Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in education as well as a post-graduate degree in communication sciences and disorders from Northwestern University.
Lauren honed her skill set as an educator in the Chicago Public Schools system as well as at one of the city’s most prominent private schools. She demonstrates her dedication to philanthropy as a volunteer at her children’s school, the Alzheimer’s Association and FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education). She is also a Sunday School teacher and organizes a multiple book clubs.
Lauren is married to Jamie and together they have two children and several pet fish. As a family, they enjoy outdoor activities, attending the theater and cheering on the cubbies. Lauren is an avid fan of technology, the news, running and gardening.

Born and raised in Muncie, Indiana, Spencer has a knack for pairing design and content. Because of this, he has found a perfect fit at All Points as a Creative and Digital Associate.
Prior to joining All Points, Spencer worked as a Graphic Design Specialist for an Indianapolis trucking company. He honed his design skills working toward recruiting and retention efforts.
Spencer graduated from Ball State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising with a focus on creative design along with a minor in marketing.
When he isn’t working, Spencer is catching up on Game of Thrones, running on Lake Shore Drive or taking a BuzzFeed quiz to see which Friends character he is.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the variety of industries we work with. It is interesting to see something perform well for one client and see how it could be used to benefit another.
With a passion for writing, editing and staying on top of prominent marketing trends, Meredith is excited to bring her creative problem-solving skills to the All Points team and its clients as a Content Marketing Associate.
Meredith graduated from Indiana University with a major in journalism and specialization in public relations and advertising, as well as a minor in sport marketing and management.
Prior to All Points, Meredith worked as an editorial intern for long-term care and senior living publications, where she learned to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Meredith enjoys catching up on her favorite TV shows and spending time with her family and friends.

With a passion and flair for thinking outside of the box, Mackenzie embodies that same spark of entrepreneurial spirit that we see at each of our clients’ cores. At All Points, Mackenzie fosters meaningful relationships within key media markets and pitches innovative angles that tell our clients’ narratives.
Before joining the All Points team, Mackenzie worked at a public relations and public affairs agency in downtown Chicago, where her role focused on traditional media outreach, social media community management, graphic design and community outreach for a primarily health care-based client roster.
Born and raised in the Hawkeye State, Mackenzie graduated with honors from the University of Iowa in 2015, where she attained her B.A. in Journalism & Mass Communications, as well as two certificates in Philanthropy & Fundraising Communication and Public Health.
Mackenzie credits her journalism school’s faculty and coursework, as well as internship experiences at Cancer Treatment Centers of America and Kathy Schaeffer & Associates, Inc., for piquing her career interest in strategic communications and public relations.
Outside business hours, you can find Mackenzie absorbed in a DIY house décor project, exploring the great outdoors or cheering on her alma mater in Big 10 football.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the positive and supportive atmosphere in which we work. Our team collaborates to achieve results and success for our clients, but also for each other. It’s the type of team dynamic that empowers everyone to be set up for success.
Katie brings a passion for writing and all things PR to the All Points team. Katie began her public relations career as an intern at a Chicago PR agency, where she established a strong foundation of essential media relations skills, including media monitoring, content creation and developing mutually beneficial media contacts across several industries.
Katie graduated from Marquette University with a bachelor’s in Corporate Communication and a minor in Public Relations. During her time at Marquette, Katie was a member of PRSSA and Lambda Pi Eta, the communications honor society. Both experiences taught her the leadership and communication skills necessary to excel in her role at All Points PR.
In her free time, Katie enjoys exploring Chicago, spending time with family and friends and going on bike rides.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the work atmosphere. The collaborative environment is inspiring, and the team is so willing to help each other reach their potential.
With an unwavering enthusiasm for public relations, Jenna is excited to bring her skills to the All Points team. She prides herself on her attention to detail and strong ability to problem solve. Her favorite part of her job is being able to help organizations succeed with earned credibility.
As a Michigan native, Jenna graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s in public relations and a minor in advertising. During her college experience, she grew as a leader in a public relations society and other organizations on campus. She also dedicated herself to professional growth through multiple internships, refining her skills along the way.
Prior to All Points, Jenna did a brief stint in technical staffing followed by a boutique public relations firm in Chicago, where she gained firsthand experience working with clients and the media on the local and national level.
Outside of work, she loves exploring the city and trying new restaurants.

With a strong passion for writing, editing and social media, Amanda strives to tell authentic stories and personally connect with her audience. As a Content Marketing Associate, Amanda works creatively and strategically to create genuine content, collaborating with her team to sharpen her skills that enable her to participate in the rapidly changing field of public relations.
Prior to joining the All Points team, Amanda worked as a remote editorial intern and national feature writer with an online media source for college women. There she was able to keep up in a fast-paced editorial environment, connect with experts and stay informed to edit and contribute feature-length articles and blogs.
Amanda graduated from Carthage College with a double major in communications and public relations, where she founded a campus chapter focused on creating online content and ran cross country and track and field.
Born and raised in Chicago, Amanda enjoys visiting the beach often and finding new trails to run on. When she isn’t outdoors she can be found typing away on her laptop, obsessing over dachshund videos on Facebook and binging Gossip Girl on Netflix for the third time.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the atmosphere. Everyone is upbeat and hardworking, which makes for an exciting and collaborative work environment!
Since joining All Points in 2014, Bailey’s presence has been felt throughout the agency. When it comes to strategizing and developing plans for clients, Bailey exercises her creativity to create and implement campaigns and tactics that will help clients meet their goals and objectives. Her ability to see the bigger picture when it comes to client work has paved the way for her to explore new opportunities within the agency and externally.
Her position with All Points allows her to build, maintain and grow relationships with key members of the media on a local, regional and national level while also having strong relationships with clients. She prides herself on her communication skills, and enjoys securing top tier placements for clients that help to move the needle for them whether it’s for consumer, b2b or franchise development purposes.
Bailey’s career in public relations was spearheaded by her desire to work in a field that tied media relations and business. After attending Saint Louis University in Missouri where Bailey received her bachelor’s in communication with a focus in journalism, she received her master’s in strategic communication with an emphasis in public relations from Purdue University.
Out of the office, Bailey enjoys doing outdoor activities, such as hiking and playing beach volleyball, and visiting all of the different pizza restaurants Chicago has to offer.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the close-knit office environment. It encourages creativity, collaboration and communication, which all together make for a pretty awesome (fun) place to work.
Alex found her calling in the public relations field through her passion for both written and verbal communication. A self-proclaimed ‘people person,’ she believes in the importance of building and maintaining relationships with our clients that foster professional and personal growth.
Prior to joining the All Points team, Alex worked for a public relations agency in Chicago, where she provided media relations to a myriad of clients in the legal and financial realm.
Alex graduated from Western Michigan University, where she studied public relations and creative writing. While at Western, she worked as a research assistant for the School of Communication and was a member of the Lambda Pi Eta National Communication Association.
Outside of the office, Alex enjoys belting Broadway hits in the car, watching documentaries and spending time with friends and family.

A public relations enthusiast driven by creativity, JoeyLauren uses innovation and strategic thinking to share compelling news stories. Whether it’s positioning a brand as a leader in its industry or helping a franchise expand into new markets, she cultivates relationships with key media professionals to always ensure All Points is exceeding the goals it has set for its clients.
JoeyLauren joins us after working with a Chicago-based integrated communications agency where she was exposed to the challenging yet thrilling public relations, marketing and creative fields. From securing notable media placements to developing campaign social strategies, JoeyLauren developed a transferable skillset to uniquely support her clients at All Points.
Outside of the office, JoeyLauren channels her entrepreneurial spirit as a Chloe and Isabel jewelry merchandiser, marketing the brand and being a #girlboss of her own online boutique. On the weekends, you’ll probably find her tackling a DIY craft, hanging out with friends or playing with her pup Oliver.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… being in a collaborative environment alongside like-minded leaders that all share a can-do, positive attitude.
Through his passions for writing and storytelling, Cole realized the importance of developing strong verbal and written communication skills to succeed in school, work and everyday life. Fine-tuning these skills as a young professional, Cole now brings his passions and talents with him to All Points.
Prior to joining All Points, Cole worked at a public relations agency in Detroit, Michigan, where he supported clients in the healthcare and automotive industries. This experience advanced his content creation abilities, creativity and relationship building skills with both clients and teammates.
Cole received a bachelor’s degree in advertising management with a minor in public relations from Michigan State University.
In his free time, Cole enjoys working out, playing basketball and cheering on the Michigan State Spartans basketball and football teams.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the positivity and encouragement from my teammates. I believe having a team that can be a resource and support system is imperative to success in any working environment.
Allie’s public relations background paired with her passion for beautiful graphic design and eye-catching original content serves her well on All Points PR team.
A native of the Chicagoland area, she is excited to be a part of such an incredible team so close to home. Prior to joining the All Points PR team, Allie earned her degree in Public Relations at Illinois State University. During her time as a Redbird, Allie honed her social media and graphic design skills as an intern with a social media marketing agency, Special Olympics Illinois and the School of Communication. She also participated in events such as Startup Weekend Chicago and Techweek Chicago.
Outside of work, Allie volunteers in leadership roles with her chapter of Pi Beta Phi and Ms. Tech. She also enjoys admiring typography, traveling, spending time with her friends and family and drinking excessive amounts of coffee.

Barbara is excited to bring her design and social media expertise to the table to develop new ideas for All Points clients.
Prior to joining All Points, Barbara worked as an in-house marketer, social media manager and graphic designer for a famous Chicago pizza brand. During her time there, she became a jack-of-all-trades, utilizing design work to amplify the brand’s look across all channels. Working directly with the company’s president gave her client-side insights that offered a different perspective and understanding of the passion each All Points PR client has for his or her organization.
Barbara earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising along with a minor in Graphic Design from DePaul University. During her time there, she sat on the board for DePaul’s advertising club and created integrated campaigns that allowed her to develop an extensive portfolio.
When she’s not at the office, Barbara enjoys exploring Chicago’s neighborhoods, creating art, biking, photography and watching documentaries on Netflix.

Gautier Lemyze-Young brings a dynamic set of integrated communications expertise to All Points, having served in both agency and in-house roles. His passion is helping clients exceed their business goals through smart public relations.
Prior to joining All Points, Gautier served as the public relations lead for a large global B2B services company based in Baltimore, Maryland. In that role, he designed and executed public relations strategy across three continents, helping to increase share of voice and drive leads through earned, digital and social media.
Earlier in his career, Gautier was an account executive at a public relations agency in the Washington D.C.-area. While there, Gautier honed his skills building and executing integrated communications strategy for several national and regional clients.
Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Gautier moved to Chicago in October 2017 and enjoys soaking up the city’s vibrant food and nightlife scene.
Gautier earned a dual Bachelor of Arts in communication and Chinese language from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Gillian brings a diverse background in communications and public relations to All Points PR. Prior to joining the All Points team, she worked as the outreach coordinator at a domestic violence nonprofit on the Oregon coast, combining a passion for advocacy with her skills in media relations and public outreach. She’s excited to be back home in Chicago and to use her talent in building meaningful relationships with community, national and industry contacts to promote All Points’ clients.
After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison., Gillian gained extensive experience in strategic and corporate communications while working for the Nielsen Company, where she developed a deep appreciation for the value of measurable, metrics-based outcomes for communications stakeholders..
Previously, she worked for a variety of news outlets, including positions as senior reporter and editor for the Badger Herald, the largest independent student newspaper in the country. She also worked in the UW Communications department as the hometown news coordinator, publicizing student and university achievements and awards.
Gillian also earned her Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and completed her dissertation on intelligence tradecraft and analysis. While in Edinburgh, she had the opportunity to assist several national groups with public relations and communications, including YWCA Scotland and the student group for the National Trust for Scotland, giving her a unique perspective on international communications strategies.
In her spare time, Gillian enjoys volunteering, writing fiction, traveling, cooking and spending quality napping time with her cat.

An enthusiasm for storytelling and creative thinking led Annie to pursue a career in public relations. Annie tackles each task with excitement, passion and a drive to create the most compelling story for each of our clients.
Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Annie is very excited to anchor her career so close to home. Before working at All Points, Annie worked in marketing and communications for a global distributing company in the suburbs of Chicago.
Annie received her degree in media and cinema studies with a minor in sociology from the University of Illinois. During her time at U of I, Annie was involved in a number of activities, but was most notably involved in: theater and performance; filming BIG 10 sports and assisting student broadcasts for Fighting Illini Productions; and serving as the alumni, marketing and public relations director for the University of Illinois’s chapter of the national non-profit organization, Camp Kesem.
During her spare time, Annie enjoys hanging out with friends, working out, reading, catching up on her favorite TV shows and attending plays.

Marin brings her creativity and competitive nature to the All Points team, using inspiring design and dynamic lead generation tactics to secure big wins for clients.
Before All Points, Marin created print, graphic design, email and social media deliverables during her internship for an educational assessment company. She was also the editor-in-chief for an online lifestyle publication.
Marin graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in journalism and communication studies. She held research assistant positions in the journalism and communications studies departments. While at Iowa, she also served as the social chair for Delta Zeta, the VP of PR and Marketing for the Panhellenic Council and the president of Rho Lambda Honors Sorority.
Outside of work, Marin spends time with friends and family, reads anywhere she can find a sunny spot outdoors and tries out new recipes she discovers on Pinterest.

With a strong passion for writing and implementing creative campaigns, Rachel brings undeniable value to the All Points team in her role as a PR Associate. Her diverse background in social media management, event planning and client communication brings an exciting new outlook to the agency.
Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Rachel previously sharpened her professional skills with a Chicago-based event company, where she spearheaded social media and marketing, as well as event management. Her time with the company provided her exposure in executing social media campaigns, securing coverage for events and landing additional writing opportunities.
Rachel also spent four years in Iowa, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Iowa State University. Her time at the University exposed her to many opportunities, including her roles as social media chair of the student run D.I.Y. Craft Club and devoted member of PRSSA.
Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys being active and attending workout classes. She also enjoys more relaxing activities, such as reading a good book and spending time with friends.

With a diverse background in traditional public relations, social media and influencer relations work, Nicole is excited to bring her expertise as well as a fresh perspective to the All Points team.
Before joining the All Points team, Nicole worked for a global public relations agency in Chicago, where she was on the digital team responsible for providing influencer relations management support to the agency’s largest client. Prior to that, she also had the opportunity to be a social media manager for a local digital fashion publication and she worked for a boutique PR agency focused on music, non-profit organizations and arts education.
Nicole received a bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising with a minor in photography and women’s and gender studies from DePaul University. While she was at DePaul, she was a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America.
When she is not in the office, you can find Nicole going to concerts, working on improving her photography and graphic design skills, discovering the latest music artists, reading up on all things pop culture and trying to find the newest TV show to binge watch.

Sam is excited to bring her extensive knowledge and passions for graphic design and communication to All Points as a Creative & Digital Associate.
Before joining All Points, Sam worked for the Chicago Bandits professional softball team as the Graphic Design Coordinator, where
Sam received her bachelor’s degree from Carthage College with a double major in graphic design and communication, and a minor in women’s and gender studies. While at Carthage, she worked as a graphic design and photography intern in the college’s Office of Communications, where she worked with a variety of clients across the campus community to create graphics and photograph events. Sam also utilized her passion for writing and design as the Editor-in-Chief and production manager for Carthage’s student-run news magazine, The Current, and was involved in several additional extra-curricular activities, including the graphic design club, Lambda Pi Eta and softball.
Outside of the office, Sam enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as blowing bubbles for her dog. She also enjoys photography and drawing in her free time.

Alex is excited to bring her public relations experience to the All Points team in her role as a PR Associate.
Previously, Alex worked with a popular on-campus publication as a PR & social media intern during her time at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. While there, she also served as a brand ambassador for various online food delivery brands. Alex graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in media studies and a double minor in Spanish & public relations.
While she prides herself on her organization skills and attention to detail, Alex is also a self-proclaimed “people person.” She loves to create and build strong relationships with both coworkers and clients. When out of the office, Alex can be found at the yoga studio, a music festival or cheering on the Cubs at Wrigley Field.

Born and raised in Chicagoland, Jessica is thrilled to be pursuing her career in public relations very close to home with All Points Public Relations. Jessica’s extremely outgoing personality and eagerness for creativity steered her towards public relations. As a key member of the All Points PR media relations team, she is at once persistent with press pitching and skilled at writing press releases.
Part of the All Points team since the company’s inception, Jessica has played a key role in supporting the company’s growth. She has worked with a wide range of clients, securing press coverage locally, regionally and nationally across all media types. Her ability to communicate effectively with the press and All Points PR’s clients has earned her tremendous respect with her peers and unquestioned trust with clients.
Jessica finds the nature of public relations to be invigorating. She knows that generating great ideas and strategic thinking are an everyday necessity. As a PR professional, Jessica gets great satisfaction from seeing the results that her hard work has created. She is a true team player and one that everyone enjoys working with at All Points.
Outside of work, in her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and working out.

Since joining All Points in 2015, Sydney’s strong communication skills and creativity have made an impact on the agency. From developing innovative campaign ideas to positioning a brand as an industry leader, Sydney prides herself on her ability to think outside of the box and push the envelope for clients. Her ability to foster strong relationships with both clients and key members of the media has heralded numerous successes for clients and the agency as a whole.
Sydney’s career in public relations was driven by a passion for developing creative methods of telling stories, for both brands and the people behind them. Prior to joining All Points, Sydney worked in the Chicago public relations scene with a variety of corporate, retail and nonprofit clients on both a local and national scale. She graduated with honors from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a minor in Sociology.
Out of the office, Sydney enjoys spending time with family and her pup, Charlie, cozying up with a good book and traveling to sports games with her husband.
My favorite part about working at All Points PR is… the collaborative energy and overall company culture. The All Points team is a group of excited and positive individuals who are eager to help one another learn and grow professionally. Every idea – large, small, and in between – is heard, which makes the environment excellent for promoting creativity.
As the Lead Office Manager, Tracey brings with her a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills and passion for her work.
She began her career as a manager in food and beverage at Bethesda Country Club in Maryland, where she loved the fast-paced and ever-changing atmosphere it had to offer. She then moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where she worked for the Four Seasons Resort as a manager in many of their food and beverage outlets. Tracey then moved back to Maryland, where she worked for Marriott International.
Now back in her hometown of Lake Forest, Illinois, Tracey is very excited to be living close to her family again. Outside of work, Tracey enjoys house projects with her husband, paddle boarding on Lake Michigan and playing with their lab/golden retriever named Bayley. She also enjoys trying different wines and craft cocktails as well as barrel-aging her own whiskey.
Tracey graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in hospitality management.

A dedicated public relations professional, Maddy brings a diverse set of skills with her to the All Points team. She is committed to utilizing her expertise in organization and research, as well as her attention to detail, in her role as a PR Associate.
Previously, Maddy honed her skills with a communications firm in Chicago, where she created media lists, developed newsletters and researched creative pitching angles for clients. She also interned at a nonprofit, working under the director of marketing and development to capture testimonials, organize special event planning and analyze social media results.
Maddy graduated cum laude from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts in advertising, communication studies and public relations, with a Spanish minor. At their respective Xavier chapters, she was vice president of the Public Relations Student Society of America, vice president of the Lambda Pi Eta National Communication Association and a member of the Mortar Board Honor Society. As a regular on the Dean’s List, Maddy earned the LJ Flynn award for academic achievement.
Outside of the office, Maddy enjoys taking her dogs on walks and running. She can also be found watching Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
